PHYZIOS Studio License Agreement
By using this application, you are ageeing to be bound by the terms of the agreement below.
End User License Agreement
1) This application (hereinafter referred as "the Application") is a web application provided by Phyzios, Inc. (hereinafter referred as “Phyzios”) for PC.
2) You cannot use the Application without accepting the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement (EULA). The terms and conditions of this EULA shall apply to all of the services in accordance with the Application (hereinafter referred as “the Service”). Once you accept EULA by clicking the “accept” button, it is considered that you accepted all of the terms and conditions of the EULA and you will be licensed to use the Application for personal use only, solely in connection with your PC devices.
3) Upon your acceptance of EULA, it is considered that you agreed changing the terms and conditions of EULA at any time by Phyzios without your separate acceptance. When such changes are made to EULA, you shall be bound to the updated version.
4) All the rights in the Application are owned by Phyzios and/or the third party from whom both companies received the rights to provide the Application. You may not copy, license, transfer or distribute the Application to any other person than you.
5) In the event that you or your PC devices suffer from any damage by using the Application, neither Phyzios, nor your PC manufacturer will be liable for the damage.
6)Before activating PHYZIOS Studio, a certificate issued by GlobalSign, a legitimate Certification Authority, is installed in order to prevent modification of source codes by any third party.
7) Under all conditions, Phyzios can stop distributing the Application at our sole decision.
8) For whatever reason, any fee regarding this Application that is already paid to Phyzios is non-refundable.
9) Copyright of content you upload is owned by the original content developer(s). However, Phyzios, Inc. is able to use the content for free for its sales, marketing, and operational purposes of its own services.
10) Phyzios may only use customer information obtained through this Application and combine it with other information obtained from third parties, to:
- Provide you with recommendations regarding media and other products and services that you may wish to purchase.
- Provide recommendations regarding products and services to other users.
At all times your information will be treated in accordance with Customer Privacy Policy of Phyzios, which can be viewed at:

11) User ID information you registered can be used for other applications provided by Phyzios, Inc.
12) Any dispute arising from use of the Service or from EULA shall be settled in good faith between you and Phyzios. However, in the case that a dispute cannot be settled in such a way, the Tokyo District Court will be the sole competent court for the dispute.
