- Please check the FAQ page and announcement at the top page before contacting us. We are proactively improving the service and adding new features. All of these changes are to be announced at the top page.
- Please provide as much detail as possible in your inquiry. It may take long before you receive our reply if you don't provide sufficient information.
- In case you report violations of the End User License Agreement you agreed on when you signed up, please make sure you select "Report violation" and include in your report PHYZIOS ID of the user in question, where we can confirm the violation, and how the violation occurred. We may not be able to take a swift action if you let us know only nicknames and/or URLs. Even if Phyzios takes some action based on your report, we will not inform you of details of it.
